12 Weeks...

Here are some pictures of the little critter from this morning. We were on a high powered ultrasound so we got to see it really good. Critter was jumping and moving all over the place, it kept hiding from the ultrasound. I also got to see and hear it's heartbeat at 166 beats per minute! It all made me cry...it really looked like a little person trapped in there - it was definitely posing for the camera (like mommy) and showing me how good it could jump (like daddy).

Dr. Trammell said everything looks real good. Most important to him was the nasal bone measurement and the back of the neck measurement which were both within normal range. Critter was 6 cm from head to tail which is approximately 2 1/2 inches. It was showing 12 weeks and 4 days (actual is 12 weeks and 1 day) so that was on target.

This one shows the side profile, Critters head is on the right and it is stretching with it's right arm up by it's head.

On the left is a view from the top of it's head down. You can see the left arm and on my copy you can see the little hand. On the right is a front view with it's right hand up by its head.
On the left on this one is a front view with its had by its mouth (head is on the right, tummy on the left) and on the right is the side view. On my copy you can see its little left foot.
Sorry the pictures are so blurry - they look so much better in person - and even better live on the big screen tv. My next Dr. appointment is 10/30. I have a 12 week picture of me that I will upload tonight.
