Memorial Day Weekend

For Memorial Day Weekend, we decided to take a mini-vacation to visit my family in Michigan. My mom and dad decided to go along as well. We were curious to see how Casper would do on the long drive so we broke it up on the way there, we went about 4 hours on Wednesday night and about 4 or 5 on Thursday morning. He did great! He only fussed when it was time to eat and seemed to enjoy either watching out the window or sleeping. Here are some pics of us at the rest area...dinner time!

It was great to see the family and show off our new little guy. It was the first time that anyone on my dad's side of the family was able to see him in person. We went to a couple of get togethers and Casper was passed around to everyone. He had a good time and did alot of smiling. He even started laughing while we were up there. Here is a four generation picture with my grandpa, my dad's dad, it's the only great-grandparent that Casper has.
