Casper is such a character, we just love hearing what he comes up with next. Here he is showing off his new Yellowstone hat and also showing how high he can jump off the bottom step.
The City of Boonville built a new water park this year. Casper and Mommy have only been able to go a couple of times but it has been fun! We will definitely go again.
